Signing up is free, and we add 15 trial credits to your account so you can try the platform. To keep generating after that, you can buy a one-time credit package.
Click on the 'Login' button in the top right corner and select 'Sign Up'. You can register with your email or use your Google account.
On the login page, click 'Forgot Password?'. Enter your email address, and we will send you instructions to reset your password.
Currently, you cannot change your registered email address securely. Please contact support if you need assistance with this.
You can delete your account from the 'Settings' page. Please note this action is irreversible and all your data will be permanently removed.
A credit is the currency used on Zestate to pay for what you generate. Videos and image edits consume different amounts of credits.
A presenter video of 8–15 seconds costs 65 credits, a short video costs 5 credits, and an image edit costs 3 credits. The exact cost is shown before you generate.
Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Packages are a one-time purchase, so there is no monthly renewal or reset.
Yes. Credit packages are a one-time purchase rather than a subscription, so there is no plan to upgrade or downgrade. You can buy another package from the 'Pricing' page whenever you need more credits.
Yes. If you are not satisfied, you can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. Contact support and we will help you with the process.

Most videos are generated in under 2 minutes. However, during times of high demand, it may take up to 5-10 minutes.
Videos are generated in MP4 format, optimized for social media platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts (9:16 aspect ratio).
Videos generated with credits are delivered without a watermark, including videos you create with your trial credits.
If a generation fails due to a system error, your credits are automatically returned to your balance. If that does not happen, please contact support.
Yes, we use industry-standard encryption to protect your data. We do not share your personal information with third parties.
We do not use user-uploaded property photos to train our public AI models without your explicit permission.
