• "User" means any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.
• "User Content" means any image or material uploaded by a User to the Service.
• "Generated Content" means any image, meme, or output generated by the Service using artificial intelligence.
• "Non-Commercial Use" means personal, entertainment, or informational use that does not involve commercial exploitation, advertising, or revenue generation.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age, or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction, to access or use the Service. If you are under the age of 18 (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), you may use the Service only with the consent of your parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have obtained such consent and that your parent or legal guardian agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all applicable eligibility requirements and that your use of the Service does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

Service Availability and Modification

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any guarantee of availability, continuity, or performance. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to:

Subscription, Payment, and Cancellation

User Conduct

You agree that you will not to:

• Upload or submit content that you do not own or lack legal authorization to use;
• Upload images of other individuals without their lawful consent;
• Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, abusive, or harmful purposes;
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation;
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service.

You remain solely responsible for all User Content you submit and for any consequences arising from your use of the Service.

Privacy and Data Use

The Platform does not intentionally store, retain, or archive User Content, including uploaded images, in connection with the normal operation of the Service. User Content is processed on a temporary and transient basis solely for the purpose of generating output requested by the User. Such content is deleted after processing in accordance with the Platform's standard technical procedures and operational requirements. User Content is not used for the purpose of training artificial intelligence models, except where required to comply with applicable law or pursuant to a valid legal request. The Service may be accessed and used without creating an account. However, limited technical information (such as device, browser, or usage data) may be automatically collected as part of the operation and security of the Service, as further described in the Privacy Policy. Account Suspension or Termination

As the Service may be accessed without creating an account, We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Service, including by blocking specific users or IP addresses, if we reasonably believe that these Terms or applicable laws have been violated. Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international contract principles and local consumer protection laws, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Miscellaneous

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any posted notices, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Platform regarding the Service. No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
